You have to wonder just what metrics people apply to show "growth". I guess a win is a win, even when it goes against your industry position.

Thanks Bob. I have to believe it's a numbers game and the large agency has to show the holding company it's winning new business, no matter how small or unprofitable. The web 2.0 client was dazzled and humbled that such a large agency would make so gracious an offer. Sadly, they'll wake up a few months down the road and realize the large firm isn't paying any attention to them whatsoever. And so it goes....
