Great post, RepMan. I really enjoyed listening to your panel session the other day. I agree that listening is key to a successful social media campaign and unfortunately there are several clients who need to be educated about the process. Starting a Twitter account takes about 10 seconds, but without knowledge of your audience and strategy for maintaining a meaningful corporate account, the effort is completely misguided.
